Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

All accessories and labels must be included.

Custom-made cables or OEM bulk orders are not eligible for return, unless defective.

Include your order number, product photos, and a brief reason for return.

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping anything back.

Ship the item to the return address provided.

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the product is found defective or wrong, we will offer a full refund or free replacement.

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., ordering mistake), return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
